Phase II: The Final Cleanup
We’ll come in at or near the completion of your project to clean your property top to bottom – from wiping fixtures to scrubbing off scuff marks to vacuuming sawdust from windowsills and moldings. Our top priority is presenting the new property manager or tenants with a move-in ready, pristine environment. At the completion of Phase II, your space is usually considered move-in ready.
