Daniel Soto has worked in the construction industry for more than 25 years, so he knows a thing or two about what it takes to get a new property developed and how construction sites operate.
As an estimator and project manager who's collaborated with architectural firms including 19six Architects, RRM Design Group and PBK Architects, he has a firsthand understanding of the complex interplay between workers, materials, budgets and timelines.

Over the course of hundreds of builds, Dan has identified some of the common challenges that occur in the final phases of development. One of them is the less-than-stellar tidying job work crews tend to do during the end stages of site cleanup. Inevitably, piles of materials are left about, walls remain scuffed or dirty, and mounds of drywall dust cover base moldings. As a result, the general contractor and their team are left holding the bag and often end up doing the cleanup themselves.

This knowledge, combined with his background in commercial cleaning services, inspired Dan to create Complete Property Restoration. He believes that new property developments, along with existing enterprises, will benefit greatly from the commercial cleaning and restoration services CPR has to offer.
